Daisho Udon noodle sauce

This is an Osaka taste Udon noodle sauce made from Daisho’s special soy sauce, bonito, Konbu kelp, Shiitake mushroom and round herring.
Please dilute it with water 10 parts to one when you use it.

This isn’t only for Udon noodle, but you can also use it in many other ways, such as Oden (Japanese stew), Suimono (Japanese soup) and other Japanese dishes.
