Kimchi (Korean pickles) flavored Ponzu sauce
A soy sauce company from Sakai, ‘Daisho’, has received the gold prize in a Mondo selection with this Ponzu sauce.
This is made from their special soy sauce, bonito, Konbu kelp, spicy Korean seasonings and juice of fresh Yuzu citrus.
This is, of course, good in a hot pot and using it as a dressing is also delicious.
