Pickled aubergine (eggplant)

Pickled aubergine is one of the specialties of Seshu.

You can enjoy it both lightly pickled and aged.

We have pickled aubergine from Koike-shoten which has a good reputation with the good taste.
You can use the rest of the rice bran to make your own pickled aubergine.
